Zin Mabaso is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years in senior executive roles, as Managing Director and Marketing Director in the FMCG industry working for companies such as Colgate, Tiger Brands, Adcock Pharmaceuticals and lately Philafrica Foods. Zin has international experience of leading companies and complex businesses that operate in multiple jurisdictions, that is in the African continent as well as in Europe. Zin has held several non-executive director positions as a member in Audit, Remuneration and SERC committees as well as chairing the SERC committees. She has extensive experience in leading significant acquisitions and large capital project commissioning.

Markus has more than 20 years of extensive international operations and R&D experience such as Nestle, Kraft and lately Philafrica Foods, covering all major food categories. Throughout his career he led consumer research, development and launching of new patented products, testing and improvement of existing products to meet market needs, leading the set up of new food processing plants, as well as being the factory director for large Nestlé plants based in Germany, Poland and India. One of his focus points is to enhance company competitiveness through R&D, Continuous Improvements and implementation of Capital Projects.
